We were told to contact Pete and Nancy about our cruise when we were looking for a destination for our honeymoon. Our friends had used their services a couple of times and had all praise and wonderful things about working with them. Once I called I understood why they liked working with Pete and Nancy. Nancy took my call originally and spent a good amount of time going over all the specifics of how to sign up and the costs and what to expect (since this was going to be our first cruise). There was not one thing that she left out, all the information was clear and straight forward. I signed up for the Southern Caribbean Cruise on the Adventure of the Seas, and worked with them on all the specifics. The whole process was smooth and problem free, and the correspondence from them was amazing. Notices and reminders that let you know where you stand were perfect.

As a small token of our appreciation, I hope you and Nancy enjoy some of this Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee on us [enclosed].  I realize it doesn't begin to make up for the nearly $2000 you saved us, but I'm not sure that much coffee would have made it through customs.  We will do our best to make sure that we earn you enough in future commissions from recommendations to make up for those you lost by finding us better rates.

We spent many hours searching the internet for the best prices but were lost as for where to go and what to do.  We called a couple of travel agents, but realized right away they didn't want to take the time to work with us and kept telling us what to do without asking us what we wanted.  We finally found Pete & Nancy and immediately realized they were somebody special.  They spent a great deal of time getting to know us so they could recommend something we would thoroughly enjoy.  Their prices were the same as everyone else, but their service was superior to all the others.  And then, to top it off, a few weeks after we had made our final payment, they found a special for us and got our fare reduced.  They saved the four of us over $1300!  Needless to say, I doubt others would have done this for us.  They will always get our business and we will highly recommend them to all our family and friends.

The family of 42 of us had such a great time on the cruise... it was perfect!!  And each and every person in my family personally thanked me for planning this trip.  And I honestly feel that of all the vacations I've planned, this was the easiest because of you.  You did it all, from taking reservations [from family members all over the world], to fielding all questions, to providing us such useful reminders every step of the way.  Everyone that spoke to you over the course of the past few months could not say enough about how comfortable they were speaking to you and how helpful you were about even the smallest issues.  We really all felt that you treated us as you would your own family.  And the personal attention you gave to all the details was priceless.

On a personal note, I truly appreciate the "extra miles" you traveled and the number of phone calls you made to make sure my niece, Kayla, could be there with us.  That meant the most to all of us... thank you from the bottom of my heart.

In the future, I know exactly who to call to plan a fantastic cruise!  How lucky to have found you!
